| Extensive, demonstrated skills in a professional project management capacity including the management of integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources (both human and technology) in the software development area. A minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Managerial role delivering internally built software across the entire software development lifecycle. Experience of working with an Agile Development Methodology (Preferably for SCRUM). Financial Systems implementation experience and knowledge of Middle Office operations is mandatory. Highly developed client management skills. Experience managing teams of up to 20 project resources and budgets from £500k up to £2m or £3m. Solid exposure to business / IT Change Management. A proven track record of managing Budgets and Schedules with an emphasis on the management of scope creep. Disciplined, well organised and methodical. Strong Interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to impart knowledge and communicate effectively at all levels. Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Demonstrated good working knowledge of Microsoft. Demonstrated good working knowledge of an industry standard project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2 , PMP). |
